Welcome to Choroski Chiropractic Clinic in Willow Glen! We are located at 1620 Westwood Dr, Ste C, San Jose, inside Pineda Chiropractic. To access the parking lot, please drive to the back of the building through either driveway on the left and right side of the building.

Please take note of the following policies to ensure the best possible experience:

1. New Patients: If this is your first visit with Dr. Kiana at this location, please complete all online intake forms prior to your appointment. This allows me to streamline the intake process and focus more time on your treatment.

2. Insurance: Dr. Kiana is currently NOT enrolled with any insurances. During this time you can receive insurance reimbursement through detailed superbills for your insurance claims. Please feel free to contact Dr. Kiana with any insurance questions via email: chiro@drkiana.com
